How Do We Pray? Part II

Now that we are aware or conscious that the words we use create our life, we can take this another step deeper. Rev. Eric Butterworth wrote, “prayer is not something you say or do to God. It is something you consciously let God do to and through you.” We pray from the presence of God within us.
The words we use are what we are desiring or affirming for our life. Affirmations are not just phrases that we repeat over and over until something happens. “It is accepting the truth of the omnipresence and the ever presence of the the truth you desire, laying claim to it by a word of truth that says “yes” to its out formation in your life.” p 6, Universe is Calling.
From John 14:24, “The word which you hear is not mine but the Father’s who sent me.” How do we pray? We pray with the awareness that the words we use can create our world. In the silence of the presence of God within we listen for words, or a feeling or a vision that flows through us.

Remember, our prayers are every word that we think and then speak when we are out and about in the world. So, what is it that you are saying or praying? This is what you are affirming for some one else or your self. One word at a time , you can create your world!
Amen.
